INTERIM SHANDY (2018) | Appetite | Apiary Studios, London
I made a very delicious ginger-based drink called SAFFROCK SHANDY for the CSM post-graduate interim show.
I put lots of these drinks in a fridge throughout the show and then sold some cases to the Daffodil Soup Cafe, which is situated next to the gallery.
In the gallery people could take the drink for free. In the cafe they could buy the drink with money.
